This comes at a time when I am sometimes tempted
To Bolt,
To Retreat
And play at Hide and Seek
Sometimes it is the wayI think
control the outcome
to a destiny oblique
Impossible comes the thought
As I wear my heart on my sleeve,
Still.
Although I believe
At times here decieve
Heart plucked out
Like an eye socket
Hollow and empty
thoughts usless
with doubt
But Lo,
How could this be so?
Here I am
At the gates of future longing
Heart beating like a racehorse
Love at the brim of my becoming
Ready once again to fly
Out loves elements against
the sky
Mystery awakens
Racing with A Soul already
Complete.
My desires in hand
Thoughts now arranging to meet
Cheering me on to take the Triple Crown!
The prize of my determined flesh with spirit
Will not let me down.
Impossible to loose this pace,
Impossible to loose this heart
To those who gamble on my Spirit?
Thats a bet of being smart.
I say bet it all,
Today, this minuet!
Now,
where life is done where all is One where I have Won.
